Submit a project inquiry through our contact form, including: Project location, desired finish type, timeline, and your approximate budget range.
All inquiries are reviewed promptly to confirm project fit, availability, and budget alignment before moving forward.
Step 1: Inquiry
Step 2: In-Home Consultation & Scope
We evaluate your space and finish requirements to develop a clear and accurate project scope. During this visit, we will measure the space, assess wall conditions, and review project logistics.
For plaster projects only, this is also when we will finalize the finish selection and determine pigment and tonal direction.
Communication is direct and transparent to ensure expectations are aligned from the beginning.
Step 3: Project Estimate & Deposit
Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed project estimate.
To secure your project, a 24% deposit of the total project cost is required. Your project moves forward once the signed estimate and deposit are received.
Step 4: Scheduling
Plaster Projects: Once the deposit is received, your project is placed directly on our calendar.
Wallpaper Projects: You will receive the total number of rolls required for ordering.
Clients coordinate wallpaper purchasing directly.
Once a confirmed delivery ETA is received, your installation date will be scheduled accordingly. (Scheduling is dependent on wallpaper arrival, as lead times vary significantly by manufacturer.)
Step 5: Installation
Your project is executed efficiently and professionally.
We arrive prepared, maintain a clean work environment, and complete installation to exacting standards.
The result is a refined, high-quality finish delivered with both craftsmanship and operational precision.
Once installation is complete, we review the finished work together to ensure every detail meets expectations. This is an opportunity to walk through the space, review the final finish, and answer any questions about care or maintenance.
Our goal is to leave you with a finished surface that feels intentional, refined, and executed to the highest standard.
